Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a flat shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times generally range from 2-3 days within Sweden. Times may vary depending on the destination. For order outside of Sweden please contact us for rates and times.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number(s). Please note that tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or taxes. For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred. These costs are not covered by us.

Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved.
